We are now looking for a sheet metal worker for the manufacturing of sheet metal fittings for our buildings. In this temporary recruitment process, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

As a sheet metal worker, you will manufacture sheet metal fittings according to drawings and specifications by operating various machines for cutting, bending, and forming sheet metal. You will also perform basic maintenance of machines and tools, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flows.

Your Background/Qualities

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in sheet metal processing or similar production, as well as good skills in reading and interpreting construction technical drawings. Experience working with sheet metal processing machines, such as press brakes and guillotine shears, is also important. We value precision and quality awareness, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team. Experience with CNC machines, as well as forklift licenses and crane training, are meritorious.

As a person, you must be responsible and take ownership of your tasks. You should be self-initiating, have good problem-solving skills, and work in a structured manner. You thrive in a production environment and have an eye for detail. Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's common goals are qualities we appreciate.

The position is full-time, and working hours are daytime Monday to Friday. Start date is as soon as possible after agreement. After a temporary period with Wikan Personal, the employment is expected to transition into a permanent position with Temahallen AB.
